Job responsibilities:

 

1. Draw up the human resource demand, development and allocation plan and the personnel preparation plan of each department according to the company's development, and review the personnel allocation situation of each department;Supervise and implement the company's rules and regulations.

2. Participate in performance management, attendance management and other work, supervise and implement the company's reward and punishment regulations, be responsible for employee attendance, shift, leave, overtime management and statistical handling of employees' entry and departure, file management and maintenance of employees, and management of employees' labor contracts.

3. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of the company's human resource system, including recruitment, training, salary, insurance, welfare and performance appraisal.
